Full-Time Position | Temp-to-Perm and Permanent Roles Available | September 2025 Start

Are you a passionate Maths teacher ready to spark curiosity and confidence in the classroom? Tradewind Recruitment is currently supporting a number of excellent secondary schools in Kettering looking to appoint motivated and skilled Maths teachers for full-time roles starting in September 2025.

Your role will involve:

Teaching Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 available in some schools)

Creating engaging, well-structured lessons that promote problem-solving and independent thinking

Using data to track progress and adapt teaching to meet student needs

Contributing to a collaborative and supportive Maths department

Encouraging a positive attitude toward numeracy and logical reasoning

We're looking for someone who:

Holds QTS (or equivalent) and has experience teaching Maths in secondary schools

Has strong subject knowledge and a commitment to high-quality teaching

Can manage classroom behaviour effectively and build positive relationships with students

Is open to long-term roles with potential for permanent placement

Brings energy, creativity, and resilience to the classroom
