The client is an established organisation in the childcare sector, with a reputation for opening successful residential homes. They are expanding their services with the launch of their third home, continuing their mission to provide exceptional care and support to children.

As a Registered Manager, you will:

Oversee the daily operations of the 3-bedroom residential home.
Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards.
Lead and manage a team of dedicated staff.
Develop and implement care plans for the children.
Maintain a safe and nurturing environment.
Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders.
Manage budgets and resources effectively.

The ideal Registered Manager will:

Have 2 years experience working within children's residential at least 1 year at management.
Possess excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations.
Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills.
Be committed to providing high-quality care.
Have excellent communication and organisational abilities
Have level 5 in leadership and management or be prepared to work towards it .
