Responsibilities:

* Manage a caseload of contentious probate matters from inception to resolution.

* Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on inheritance disputes, contested wills, and estate

administration issues.

* Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.

* Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.

* Attend court hearings, mediations, and negotiations on behalf of clients.

* Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals, such as barristers and experts, to strengthen case

arguments.

* Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on case progress and address their concerns.

* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards in all aspects of case

management.

Requirements:

* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience specialising in contentious probate matters in

the UK.

* Solid understanding of UK laws and procedures related to probate, inheritance, and estate disputes.

* Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving complex contentious probate cases.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

* Adaptable and flexible approach to handling diverse caseloads and challenging situations.
