Join a growing team of 12 engineers supporting a commercial site in TW11. This role offers excellent long-term progression, reliable work across a well-maintained site, and a positive team culture. We're looking for a skilled HVAC Engineer with experience in AHUs, FCUs, and general HVAC maintenance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

*

Planned and reactive maintenance on Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs)

*

Occasional small projects (offered as paid overtime)

*

Working across commercial and light industrial sites in the TW11 area

*

Collaborating with a close-knit, supportive team of 12 engineers

*

Participating in a 1-in-4 call-out rota (minimum 2 hours paid per call)

What You’ll Get:

Up to £45,000 base salary

*

£5,000 call-out allowance annually

Use of electric van

*

Overtime available for project work

Paid minimum of 2 hours per call-out

What We’re Looking For:

*

Proven experience in HVAC maintenance – AHUs, FCUs, general plant

*

Relevant qualifications (FGAS, NVQ/City & Guilds in HVAC or Building Services)

*

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

*

Full UK driving licence
