Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a shift team of multi-skilled maintenance engineers
Carry out hands-on reactive, preventative, and planned maintenance
Prioritise engineering tasks to minimise downtime and maximise OEE
Coordinate daily engineering activity with production teams
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with compliance standards
What We're Looking For

Multi-skilled maintenance engineer with strong electrical experience
Recognised engineering qualification (Apprenticeship, C&G, ONC, 17th/18th Edition)
Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or food production environment
Confident communicator capable of leading and supporting others
Ambition to progress into a Lead Engineer or Team Leader role
