Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum requirement for this position is a suitable qualification to teach Science i.e PGCE, with valid QTS/QTLS

The School and Role

ABC Teachers is seeking a dedicated Science Supply Teacher to join a welcoming and well-resourced secondary school in Redditch, Worcestershire. This is a long-term position, starting as soon as possible, with the potential to continue for the rest of the academic year. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, managing classroom behaviour positively, and contributing to a supportive teaching environment. Requirements

The successful Science Teacher will have;

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK

Strong knowledge of the secondary Science curriculum (KS3–KS4)

Previous experience in a secondary school setting

A proactive and flexible teaching approach

Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)

*All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
