Job Title: Finance Administrator
Location: Ashford
Job Type: Full time/permanent (office based)
Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 (dependent on experience)

As a Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial records. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial tasks using Sage Line 50, ensuring efficient financial processing and reporting.
This is a great opportunity to learn and develop working in a busy finance team, you must have worked with Sage before to be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input financial data and manage financial records using Sage Line 50.
Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
Assist with bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Liaise with other departments to facilitate financial operations.
Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience with Sage Line 50 is essential.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
