Based in the vibrant Northern Quarter, Manchester, you’ll oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: building client relationships, sourcing top healthcare talent, and ensuring full compliance on all placements.

What you’ll do:

Grow and manage a healthcare recruitment desk

Place healthcare professionals in temp & permanent roles

*

Build strong client and candidate relationships

*

Ensure compliance and safeguarding standards

*

Hit activity and billing targets

What we’re looking for:

360 recruitment experience (healthcare/temp preferred)

Strong compliance knowledge

*

Target-driven, organised, and confident communicator
