We're looking for a commercially-minded Accountancy Practice Manager to support a progressive accountancy business.

This is a broad role overseeing people, processes, and performance - perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on leadership position.

You'll support your team, manage operational improvements, and work closely with directors to shape future plans.

What you'll be doing:

Leading and developing a multi-skilled team

Driving improvements in systems, service delivery and client experience

Working closely with leadership on strategic projects

Overseeing recruitment, onboarding and development

Supporting retention, engagement and operational success

What you'll need:

Strong leadership and mentoring experience

Background in accountancy

ACCA (or equivalent) qualified/ working towards a qualification, and/or qualified by experience

Clear communicator with a collaborative approach

Experience delivering operational change and team development
