Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE to join their leading real estate team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling a broad caseload of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord & tenant matters.

*

Advising a diverse client base including developers, investors, landlords, and commercial tenants.

*

Working closely with partners and senior solicitors on complex and high-value property matters.

*

Managing client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.

Requirements:

*

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property.

*

Strong technical knowledge and experience in handling your own caseload.

*

Excellent communication skills, with a client-focused and commercial approach.

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
