Administrator (Part Time) – Overview
We are currently working with an established Engineering company in Derby area who are seeking an Operations Administrator to join the team on a part time basis, with a potential for full time work in the future. The company has been operating for over 50 years and have grown to a turnover circa £20million as a business with a head count of 71 across all departments.
As an Administrator, you will work in the ‘Climate Control’ division which installs and looks after Heating & Cooling systems for commercial businesses such as Schools, Offices, Hotels, Factories, Warehouses and much more. Your role will be supporting all operations within the division, with your day to day duties including answering inbound and outbound phone calls, processing job requests and completions and generating invoices, generating quotes for work to be carries out, sourcing of parts and materials and much more. They will give you full training on their industry, their internal systems and the day to day role once you start so you will have full support from day one.
They are looking for someone on a part-time basis and can be flexible for 2-3 full days per week, or 5 shorter days per week if preferable. This could be 9am – 2pm each day for example to fit around childcare commitments etc. There is a strong possibility that this role can move to full time in future if that is what you want.

* Salary up to £28,000 (Pro Rata’d)
