Customer Support Executive

Location: Leeds City Centre
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Working Pattern: Fully office-based for initial training period, with hybrid working available thereafter

We are representing a growing retail company based in Leeds City Centre, and we're looking for a confident, organised and personable individual to join their friendly office team.

Key Responsibilities

Handling inbound and outbound telephone enquiries

Providing excellent customer support and resolving queries efficiently

Processing orders and updating internal systems

Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks

Maintaining accurate records and customer information

What We're Looking For

A professional and friendly telephone manner

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

IT literate and comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems

Organised with good attention to detail

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

What We Offer

£26,000 starting salary

Monday-Friday working hours (no weekends!)
