The Firm
Our client, a leading International law firm are seeking a Legal PA to support their Litigation team in their City of London office.
The Opportunity
The successful Legal PA will provide administrative and secretarial support to Partners within the firm's Litigation team. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive and can do attitude towards work. Duties to include:
Support production of client-facing materials including pitches, presentations, and event documents
Manage onboarding processes including file opening, conflict checks, and engagement letters
Extensive diary management and organising meetings/ appointments
Assist with monthly billing, invoicing, expenses, and credit control procedures
Provide general administrative support including printing, scanning, and filing
Ensure both electronic and paper filing systems are kept accurate and up to date
Process time recording and financial reporting using internal systems
Respond to internal and external queries and ensure accurate message handlingThis Legal PA position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am -5:30pm
Requirements
At least 4/5 years Legal Secretary/PA experience within a law firm
Experience supporting Partners/Fee Earners within a Litigation team in a law firm
