The Position – Learning Support Assistant

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support pupils with SEN and additional learning needs, working both 1:1 and in small groups to help them access the curriculum, maintain focus, and develop independence. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised support strategies, adapt learning activities, and monitor pupil progress. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or speech and language needs. This is a full-time, long-term role offering consistency and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in pupils’ learning and development.
