About the Role

Assist with providing IT support and guidance to end users under the supervision of experienced team members.
Help maintain IT documentation, including step-by-step guides and knowledge base articles.
Learn how to manage IT assets, including device setup, basic troubleshooting, and routine checks.
Support safe disposal of IT equipment according to company policy and environmental regulations.
Monitor and update support tickets on the IT helpdesk system, escalating issues where necessary.

Essential Skills

Basic understanding of Microsoft-based operating systems, Active Directory, and Office 365 services.
Good problem-solving ability and logical thinking.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with users at all levels.
