Regional Property Manager – Home based (Southeast) - £55k

We’re working with one of the larger Residential Property Services Groups who require a Regional Property Manager as follows:

* Fully home-based role covering the Southeast Region (comprising Herts, Essex, London and Kent)

* Managing 6 x Property Manager who themselves oversee portfolios of Leasehold Blocks across Herts, Essex, London and Kent

* Visiting Property Managers in their territories periodically for reviews and/or as required for ad-hoc issues that arise

* ZERO portfolio management responsibility (i.e. you will manage staff NOT property)

* Providing technical / professional guidance and support to 6 x property managers

* Dealing at client level with regards to handovers/mobilisation

* Handling escalated resident complaints where necessary

* Staff performance management and training, reporting back to head office as required

* You MUST have a proven track record MANAGING PROPERTY MANAGERS as well as having a comprehensive background in managing portfolios earlier in your career

* Professional accreditation preferred as those under your management have (or will be working towards) ATPI qualification

The successful Regional Property Manager can expect a starting basic salary of £50k plus £5k car allowance, pension and benefits.
