We have two openings, one at Senior level with salary to £65,000 and another at 2-years post grad which is to £40,000.

Requirements:
• Location: Based in London or the South East, you'll be strategically positioned to support their projects and engage with their clients effectively.
• Residential Design Expertise: Bring good experience in UK-based residential design projects, demonstrating your ability to deliver innovative and practical solutions tailored to their clients' needs.
• Report Writing Skills: Showcase your proficiency in report writing, ensuring clear communication of complex engineering concepts to both internal stakeholders and clients.
• Tedds Knowledge: Familiarity with Tedds software will be advantageous, empowering you to streamline calculations and optimize your engineering processes.
• Site Visits: Must be able to drive for site visits, allowing you to assess project requirements firsthand and collaborate effectively with on-site teams.

What They Offer:
• Competitive Salary: As mentioned above, the salary bracket for each role is very competitive at £50,000 - £65,000 for Senior and £30,000 - £40,000 for the more Junior role.
