Description
Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
Develop and implement account management strategies tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
Monitor client accounts to identify growth opportunities and upselling potential.
Provide regular updates and reports on account performance and activities.
