Site Manager
Location: St Helens
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + package
Start Date: Immediate

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of a live internal and external fit-out project on a hotel in St Helens. The successful candidate will assist in managing complex packages across the properties, with significant focus on M&E coordination and high-quality finishings.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, technically strong No.1 Site Manager looking for a new challenge on a diverse and rewarding public sector project.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee subcontractors and trades to ensure programme milestones are met

Assist in managing significant M&E packages and internal finishing works
*
Coordinate work across both occupied and unoccupied areas of the building
*
Maintain high safety and compliance standards at all times
*
Support in site reporting, logistics, and quality assurance
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager on internal and external fit-out projects
*
Comfortable working on live public sector sites, including part-occupied buildings
*
Strong understanding of M&E coordination and finishes
*
Excellent communication and team coordination skills
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications required
