Copello are working with a leading organisation who are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer Lead to join their team on a 6-month contract. This role will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, resilient infrastructure services to support ongoing digital transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the design, implementation, and management of hybrid cloud infrastructure.

* Provide IT service and support to end users, to allow for system efficiency and a productive end user experience

* Protect and secure technical capability and performance of infrastructure solutions.

* Ensure hybrid cloud service infrastructure is secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

* Utilise SaaS monitoring tools to maintain service reliability and performance.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital delivery.

* Investigate and diagnose and technical errors experienced by end users.

Key Skills:

* Significant experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), particularly Intune and Google Workspace.

* Proven hands-on experience in configuring, managing, and owning the technical capability of MDM solutions.

* Knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in the MDM space.

* Understanding of performance benchmarking, fault detection, and fault resolution.

* Significant experience with SaaS service monitoring tools and controls for ensuring performance and reliability.

* Substantial knowledge of cloud-based technologies and services, particularly hybrid cloud environments.

Qualifications & Background:

* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

* 5+ years in infrastructure engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

* Demonstrated success in delivering results-driven infrastructure solutions.

Additional Information:

* Hybrid work pattern, 2/3 days on site and occasional travel required.

* Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential

* SC Clearance will be required
