This is a rare opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join this small, high end bespoke company, to support the growth and success of the business, which specialises in sustainability and environmentally aware builds, extensions and restorations, as well as log cabins and barn conversions, from design through to finished building.
You will have solid experience as a Contracts Manager, covering quoting, client communication, overseeing up to 3 projects at a time, working closely with the site Foreman and team of in-house craftsmen and tradespeople, as well as some sub-contractors, to ensure that projects are running to time and as per plan and cost.
Ideally you will have been hands on in a trade yourself, having worked up to Managing contracts, understanding regulations and compliance, preferably with an MCIB qualification, with high values and ethos in your work and approach.
This Contracts Manager will be working alongside the business owner, helping to build the company and benefiting from profit share, vehicle (after probation) and be highly involved in the company.
