About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher to join our supportive and forward-thinking secondary school in Telford. The successful candidate will inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4 and contribute to a strong and collaborative Science department.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to develop within a well-resourced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging and effective Science lessons

Teach across Biology, Chemistry and/or Physics (specialism welcomed)

Assess, monitor and report on student progress

*

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

*

Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities

*

Support students to achieve their full academic potential

About You

You will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent

*

Have strong subject knowledge in Science

*

Be passionate about teaching and learning

*

Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills

*

Be committed to safeguarding and promoting student welfare

*

Work effectively as part of a team
