Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer – Facilities (Foot Mobile)

Location: Various sites – Zones 1 & 2
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Travel: Paid via company travel card

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive multi-skilled engineer to join our facilities team. This is a foot-mobile role covering multiple sites across Zones 1 and 2, providing electrical and/or mechanical maintenance support. You will be responsible for ensuring all building systems are maintained to a high standard, resolving faults efficiently, and supporting the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out preventive and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems

Respond promptly to site service requests across multiple zones

Maintain high standards of safety and compliance at all times

Record and report work accurately in line with company procedures

Collaborate with the wider facilities team to support day-to-day operations

Requirements:

Relevant electrical or mechanical qualifications

Proven experience as a multi-skilled engineer in facilities or building services

Ability to work independently and travel efficiently across Zones 1 and 2

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Eligibility for travel paid via company travel card
