Are you a Production Manager or similar looking for a challenging, holistic role within a global leading manufacturer who offer the chance to work closely with the MD, implement significant change to oversee major departmental expansion and to continually progress your career across the group?

This company are a market-leading manufacturer with several thousand employees across multiple continents and a diverse client base including an extensive list of blue-chip clients. Due to an ever-increasing workload, they are looking to grow their UK Production team.

In this autonomous role you will be the go-to person responsible for all production based activity on site as you work closely with the MD to identify improvement areas, and implement meaningful changes. On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for structuring and reporting on KPIs, managing a team of 25, and overseeing general workload with opportunities to make the role your own and develop your team.

The Role:
* Work closely with MD and other members of the senior leadership team
* Identify problems, provide solutions and implement pivotal change
* Oversee continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes across the site
* Set, implement and monitor structured KPIs
* Manage production team of 25
* Liaise with international production sites
