Registered Manager - Family Assessment Centre - £50,000+

Are you an experienced Deputy, Registered or Team Manager who's looking to move away from children's homes or local authority work? This one's for you! An exciting opportunity has come up with a new to be established Family Assessment Centre based in Birmingham, which is interviewing immediately!

This role is offering a very attractive salary for experienced managers, allowing you greater income during these trying times which will ultimately help increase your overall work satisfaction & finanial situation.

This is a two bedded establishment, meaning you'll be supervising a maximum of two families - allowing you to ensure they are given the best possible support and care while in your service!

Responsibilities of this position include;

Manage the staffing, resourcing and budgetary requirements to ensure children and families have a safe, warm and welcoming home where they can grow and develop.
Grow a team of capable workers to ensure their continuous professional development & the betterment of the service.
Oversee a staffing team of a deputy manager, social workers, independent social workers and support workers.

Requirements;

Experience working within Children's residential or LA settings
Experience working as a Deputy/Registered/Team/Service Manager
NVQ level 5 or willingness to work towards
