PPM Recruitment are currently on the lookout for a Multi skilled Operative for contrcts across Blackpool

working on social housing

Duties include

First and second fix plumbing
Repair/ renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G or sheet flooring.
Repair/ renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards and ducting panelling.
Patch Plastering.
Installation of a shower tray.
Tiling of walls.
Installation of a bathroom suite including WC, WHB and Mixer showers.
Painting and decoration to a decent standard.
Radiator installation including draining down and re-filling systemsThe ideal Candidate would be qualified in Joiner/Plumbing plus as additinal qualification (Painting, Plastering etc)
