An inclusive and forward-thinking primary school in Suffolk is seeking a passionate and committed Year 3 Teacher to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis from September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are ready to make a real impact in a supportive school environment.

The Role
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, inclusive, and well-structured lessons that support both the academic and personal development of pupils. You’ll be working with a supportive parallel team and will be fully involved in curriculum planning and school life.

Teach the full range of the Year 3 curriculum in line with national expectations

Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes a love of learning

Use effective assessment strategies to monitor progress and adapt teaching

Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

Engage fully in professional development and school-wide initiatives
What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*
Strong knowledge of Key Stage 2 curriculum (support provided for ECTs)
*
A positive, reflective, and proactive approach to teaching
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
A genuine commitment to nurturing the potential of every pupil
