Salary - £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience - OTE £40,000 - £50,000

Working Hours - Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, every other Saturday 9am-3pm

Our client, an independent estate agency established in 2008, is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful team based in Ruislip.

Key Responsibilities:

* Register and manage buyers

* Conduct viewings

* Negotiate offers & agree sales

* Manage sales from offer to completion

* Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, solicitors & broker

About you:

* Experienced in estate agency sales

* Confident, driven and commercially sharp

* Great on the phone & face-to-face

* Organised, proactive and target focused

* Ambitious and hungry for progression
