About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Timber Frame Designer with experience in HSBCad or Revit to join a dynamic team in a fast-growing timber frame manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in transforming architectural concepts into accurate, build-ready timber frame models and production drawings.

Key Responsibilities

Produce detailed 3D models and technical drawings using HSBCad or Revit
Create manufacturing files, panel drawings, and CNC outputs for production
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and the production team to resolve design challenges
Ensure designs comply with building regulations, structural requirements, and company standards
Review and update project documentation throughout the design and manufacturing process
Support continuous improvement of design workflows and manufacturing efficiency
About You

Proficient in HSBCad or Autodesk Revit (HSBCad preferred but not essential)
Experience in timber frame, offsite construction, or structural design
Strong understanding of construction principles and timber framing systems
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Good communication and organisational abilities
