My Local Authority client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Housing Programme Manager / PMO on a Contract basis.

The role will deliver a number of core strategic programmes within a portfolio of change, to improve the customer and resident experience.

About the role:

Based in South London (Hybrid - flexible):

Within the Council's PMO, you will deliver numerous projects / programmes, primarily for the Housing programme.
Projects / Programmes may include Inspection Readiness (Social Housing Regulator), customer journey improvement, service improvement, etc.
You will work closely with the Council's PMO and Portfolio Manager.
You may be required to lead 2-3 project managers within your remit.About you:
You will have the following experiences:

Extensive experience in a similar role, in a Local Authority context.
Excellent leadership, service improvement and transformation skills.
Understanding of PMO and solid project / programme management fundamentals and methodologies.
Local Authority experience is essential.What's on offer:

Salary: £650 per day, inside IR35*negotiable based on experience
