Production Planner - Yorkshire | Precision Engineering & Manufacturing

A well-established engineering business working at the forefront of RF and microwave technologies is looking for a Production Planner to join its collaborative team. This role is key to ensuring high-quality products are delivered on time to meet global customer demands across sectors like defence, aerospace, and communications.

What you’ll be doing:

Planning and scheduling production activities based on team capabilities and customer requirements.
Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and proposing practical solutions.
Supporting reporting and analysis to improve planning efficiency.
Contributing to the implementation and ongoing use of a new ERP system.
Collaborating closely with Production, Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, Sales, and Finance teams.What we’re looking for:

Experience in a production planning or scheduling role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with multiple data sources.
Ability to adapt to change and resolve challenges quickly and effectively.
