Quantity Surveyor (Highways )

Full time Maternity Cover to start ASAP until Sept 2025

07.30 to 16.00 Monday to Friday

Suitably experienced quanity surveyor with good knowledge of Highway Term Maintenance Contracts

Commercial understanding of NEC 3 contract,
Management of EWN, CE, CEQ,
Management of Supply Chain partners assessment and payment
Agreement with Client representatives on Target Price and outturn Target Price.
Use of CPA (Measurement), Kheops (CPA cost) or similar
Experienced in working on reinstatement-repair contracts value range 250K-&50K
Driving License essentialA suitable academic qualification in Quantity surveying is required
