The Rewards

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 basic (DOE).

Earning Potential: Uncapped commission with an OTE of £35,000 - £40,000.

The Role

As an experienced Sales Negotiator, you will be a key player in the high-energy Cheltenham team. This isn't just about sitting behind a desk; it’s about business development, building trusted relationships, and winning new instructions in a competitive market.

Your day-to-day will involve:

Handling high-level enquiries from buyers and sellers.

Matching applicants to their dream properties and qualifying their needs.

Preparing and delivering expert market appraisals.

Conducting property viewings and managing sales progression.

Actively seeking new business opportunities through proven marketing techniques.

Who You Are

Experience: A proven track record within an Estate Agency.

Drive: A results-driven "self-starter" attitude with high ethical standards.

Communication: Exceptional closing skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

Tech-Savvy: Strong IT and organisational skills.

Requirements: A Full UK driving licence and your own car are essential for this role.
