Aftersales Service Advisor – Flexible Working Hours (Full or Part-Time)
Location: Melton Mowbray
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Hours: Flexible start between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM | Finish by 6:00 PM
Contract: Permanent | Minimum 1 in 3 Saturdays | Time off in lieu midweek
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer-focused and experienced Service Advisor to join a busy, expanding Aftersales team within a highly rated, long-established automotive business.
This family-run operation has been serving the local area for over 35 years, with a reputation for excellent customer service and a growing multi-brand site including manufacturer-approved servicing and a large used car stock.
They are offering flexible working contracts to fit around your lifestyle – perfect for those seeking a balance between part-time and full-time work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Acting as the first point of contact for customers at the service reception
Managing customer bookings, checking vehicles in, and updating customers throughout the process
Providing estimates, producing invoices, and explaining repair work carried out
Taking payments and promoting service plans and additional work via vehicle health checks
Maintaining strong customer satisfaction and following up post-visit
Supporting your team by covering holidays and absences as requiredWhat They're Looking For:
Previous motor trade experience in a Service Advisor or similar role
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confidence in using modern DMS and office systems
A full clean UK driving licence
