Duties include:

Meeting and greeting clients, providing a warm and professional welcome
Providing refreshments and associated hospitality services
Keeping the reception area clean, tidy, and well-stocked
Ensuring guests are updated and looked after
Answering telephones and resolving enquiries
Associated administration dutiesSkills/Experience Required

Previous experience working within either hospitality, beauty, luxury brand, or customer service
Well-presented, smart appearance
Confident communication skills with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels
