Role Requirements:

Lead and mentor a team of embedded software engineers

*

Oversee the design, development, testing, and maintenance of safety-critical embedded software

*

Work closely with customers to understand requirements and support project delivery

*

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality, on-time solutions

*

Carry out code reviews and promote best engineering practices

*

Identify risks, solve technical issues, and ensure project alignment

*

Support the growth and development of less experienced engineers

Key Skills Required:

*

Strong experience in embedded software development within a safety-critical environment (Aerospace)

*

Proficient experience of embedded systems and real-time operating systems

*

Proficiency in C programming

*

Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle

*

Experience working to safety standards
