Commercial Controller – Basingstoke (Hybrid)
£60,000 + Benefits | Global Business | 2 Days in Office

A leading global business is looking for a commercially focused, analytically minded Commercial Controller to join their finance team in Basingstoke. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and wants to play a key role in driving performance and strategic decision-making.

This is a hybrid role, with two days per week in the office and flexibility around home working.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with key commercial and operational teams to provide financial insight and challenge

Analyse performance across product lines, regions, and business units to support commercial decisions

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Track and report on key KPIs, revenue, and margin performance

Support pricing strategies, cost analysis, and investment decisions

Identify risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to senior stakeholders

Contribute to continuous improvement in reporting and financial processes

What we’re looking for:

Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or equivalent

Proven experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insight

Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills

Confident communicator with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders

Experience working in a fast-paced or international business is a plus
