Project Manager - Major New Build Shed
Liverpool | £330-£350 per day | Start: August 2025 | 2-Year Programme

A well-established regional contractor is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on a large-scale new build steel frame shed in Liverpool.

This is a full project lifecycle role - from site set-up through to final handover - with solid pipeline and full responsibility across the programme. The job kicks off in August and will run for a minimum of two years, offering excellent stability for the right individual.

The Role:

Overseeing all site activities, subcontractors, and trades

Managing programme, health & safety, cost, and quality

Leading weekly site meetings and reporting progress

Ensuring smooth delivery through strong coordination and site leadership

Working closely with the commercial and design teams

About You:

Proven experience delivering large industrial or steel frame builds

Strong organisational and communication skills

SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White Card), and First Aid required

Able to manage site autonomously, maintaining high standards throughout
