Are you a White Collar Recruitment Consultant with a passion for placing top talent into permanent roles?

We’re an established M&E recruitment company looking to partner with an experienced and motivated freelance consultant on a commission-only basis.

What you’ll be doing:

* Building lasting relationships with clients and candidates

* Delivering high-quality, end-to-end recruitment services

* Working independently to develop new business and maximise placements

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience recruiting white collar permanent positions (e.g. project managers, design engineers, site managers, estimators, quantity surveyors etc.)

* A strong network within the M&E or construction industries

* Self-driven, professional, and results-focused

* Confident managing your own pipeline and workload
