? Earning potential: £36,280 – £47,035 (DOE) based on 42 hours per week, including performance bonuses. Earnings are uncapped, giving you the opportunity to maximise your rewards.

What We’re Looking For
*
Qualified Mechanic (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
*
Experience as a Service, Diagnostic or Master Mechanic
*
Strong communication skills to explain technical issues clearly
*
A customer-focused approach to all servicing & repairs
*
Commitment to workshop safety, quality, and teamwork
*
Enthusiasm for ongoing manufacturer training & brand accreditation
