Overview

Working from the Crystal Palace branch, you will be trained to provide mortgage and protection advice to warm, pre-qualified estate agency clients.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates holding CeMAP 1 and looking to progress through a professional and proven advisory training pathway.

* 3-week fully expensed residential training programme

* Continuous mentoring from a highly experienced Mortgage Sales Manager

* Ongoing support from the in-house training department, who are consistently on hand to support you as a trainee mortgage broker

* Clear progression to Competent Advisor Status

Key Responsibilities

* Client fact-finding and suitability assessments

* Mortgage and protection research

* Application submission and case management

* Working closely with the estate agency sales team in Crystal Palace

Package

* Basic salary £27,000 – £31,000 (including car allowance)

* OTE £55,000 in year one

* OTE up to £85,000 in year two

* Excellent long-term high earnings

Candidate Requirements

* CeMAP 1 (essential)

* Career-focused and motivated to become a successful Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Able to work in Crystal Palace
