Counterbalance Forklift Driver – Temp to Perm
Location: Rugby
Pay Rate: £14.42 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday
• 6:00am – 2:00pm or
• 10:00am – 6:00pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy site in Rugby on a temp-to-perm basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating a counterbalance forklift on site

Moving IBCs and barrels safely and efficiently

Loading and unloading materials

Supporting general warehouse and site operations

Multi-skilling into production roles to provide cover when required

Requirements:

Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (in-house or external accepted)

Physical copy of licence required

Must be confident driving the forklift on site

Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Willingness to be trained in production duties
