A high-performing and forward-thinking secondary school in Birmingham is seeking a talented Business Teacher with leadership responsibilities (TLR) to join their thriving department from September 2025.

This is a full-time, permanent position with scope to teach across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5, along with a TLR for a suitably qualified candidate to support curriculum development, staff mentoring, or departmental coordination.

The Role – Business Teacher + TLR

This exciting role offers the opportunity to teach GCSE and A-Level Business while contributing to the strategic development of the subject. We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Holds QTS or PGCE

*

Has a degree in Business or a closely related subject

Can confidently deliver engaging lessons across KS4 and KS5
