Workshop Controller / HGV Technician required for a Successful Automotive commercial workshop in the Lutterworth area.
 
Our client is seeking a Workshop Controller / HGV Technician to join their busy service department, and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.

Ongoing training and career developmentDuties:

Oversee daily workshop operations, including job allocation, workflow planning, and maintaining high productivity levels
Provide technical guidance, support, and mentoring to the workshop team
Carry out routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a wide range of HGVs and trailers
Diagnose complex faults and complete repairs to VOSA and manufacturer standardsRequirements:

Experienced HGV Technician with extensive workshop background
Previous supervisory, team leader, or controller experience highly desirable
Recognised heavy vehicle qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
IRTEC licence (advantageous)Hours of work for this Workshop Controller / HGV Technician role are Monday to Friday, 40 hours.

The OTE for this Workshop Controller / HGV Technician role is £52,000
