This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied and impactful digital marketing role within a welcoming and well established organisation based in Windsor. You will play an important part in shaping online content, managing campaigns and supporting the overall digital presence.

The position is offered at 21 hours per week across 3 days. The salary is £20,400 per annum which is the pro-rata equivalent of £34,000 full time. The role is based in Windsor with some home working.

Key responsibilities

* Managing and updating digital and social channels including the website, newsletters and email campaigns

* Creating engaging content and copy for a variety of digital platforms

* Leading on SEO activity to strengthen online visibility

* Editing short videos, reels and podcasts to support campaigns and events

* Planning and scheduling social media activity across multiple platforms

* Monitoring analytics, reporting on performance and suggesting improvements

* Staying up to date with digital trends, tools and best practice

* Supporting the Senior Marketing and Communications Manager with day to day marketing activity

About you

* Strong experience in digital marketing across social media, email and web

* Confident using analytics tools and reporting on engagement and performance

* Creative copywriting skills and an eye for strong visual content

* Experience using Canva, Photoshop, InDesign or similar design tools

* Comfortable working with CRM systems

* Excellent organisation and attention to detail

* Professional, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks confidently

* A positive team player with a flexible approach
