Job Title: Lettings Negotiator
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 per annum 
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday cover (rota-based)

We’re working with a long-established property business in Sheffield that’s known for doing things properly. As their lettings department continues to grow, they’re now looking for a proactive Lettings Negotiator to join the team and help match tenants with the right properties.

You’ll be the face of the business – meeting clients, conducting viewings, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. If you’re persuasive, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect next step.

What you’ll be doing:
Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
Booking and conducting property viewings.
Negotiating tenancy terms and securing agreements.
Managing enquiries and converting leads into successful lets.
Keeping property listings up to date across online platforms.
Ensuring compliance and supporting the lettings process through to move-in. The kind of person this would suit:
Must have experience in lettings or property sales (essential).
Exceptional customer service skills with a professional and friendly approach.
Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
Target-driven and motivated by achieving results.
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
