Job Description

As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for providing a consistent and high-quality building maintenance service across a designated portfolio.

Your work will include fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installations on air conditioning, refrigeration, and general building systems at client sites.

You will play a key role in ensuring the continued resilience and operational efficiency of our clients’ environments, delivering a world-class maintenance service every day.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out AC and HVAC-biased PPM, proactive, and reactive maintenance within agreed timeframes to exceed client expectations

* Respond to callouts in line with the agreed rota

* Undertake new installations and both major and minor repairs on AC systems

* Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant, including basic electrical fault finding

* Deliver a professional, customer-focused service that upholds company standards

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

* Experience in FM or building services within commercial properties

* City & Guilds 2079 or CITB J11 Equivalent – F-Gas Category 1 certified

* NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Commercial Refrigeration and AC Systems

* NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Heating and Ventilation

* NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Heating and Ventilation Service & Maintenance
