Role and Responsibilities: As an experienced Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the learning experience of our students in both KS2 and KS1. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing support to teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Working with small groups or individual students to provide targeted assistance.
Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Assisting with classroom management and behaviour guidance.
Adapting learning materials to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Contributing to the planning and preparation of lessons.
Providing feedback and progress updates to teachers and parents.Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in both KS2 and KS1 settings.
A strong understanding of primary curriculum and teaching methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
