My client is an international transport haulage organisation who are based in Tamworth and looking for a Fuel Logistics Coordinator to work 06:00 - 18:00, 4 days on and 4 days off rotation.

Description

Plan and manage delivery schedules so fuel arrives on time
Talking to drivers and the team to keep everything running smoothly
Handling any delivery questions or last-minute changes like route swaps or delays
Ordering fuel and making sure all the details are correct before loading
Sharing updates with teammates and other departments
Supporting customers by answering their questions and sorting out issues
Jumping into action calmly if there's an emergency like a spill or unexpected problem
Taking on any other tasks that help the team and keep operations running smoothly

Profile

Strong communication skills and confident working with different people
Good problem-solving abilities and able to stay calm when things get busy
Experience in logistics, transport, or customer service is helpful but not essential
Able to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel - training provided
Can commute to TamworthJob Offer
