Job Opportunity : Invoiving Administrator (with on-site experience preferred)
We are currently looking for a montiviated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in an Invoicing administrator role.This position requires someone with pratical onsite experience, as you will be working closley with Timesheets froim operatives and material purchase invoices to prepare accurate and timley billing for various repsonce and repair works.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and process invoices using operative timesheets and suppliers/material invoices
* Working within the Eque2 Construction Manager software (training provided if unfamiliar)
* Accurately invoice across a variety of schemes including
* Genreal Responcsive works 41 jobs
* Salford City Council 1,235 Jobs
* School Repsoncsive jobs 37 Jobs
* Betfred Responce repair 539 Jobs
* Transport for Greater Manchester 77 jobs
* Council Domestic repairs 801 Jobs
* What we are looking for as Schofield and Sons Ltd
* Someone with practical onsite construction knowlege (eg exsperience understanding timesheets, basic job costing, material invoicing
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good organisation and communication skills
* Confidence working with job numbers and tracking systems
* Previous experance with Eque2 or similar construction management software is an advantage (but not essential -training will be given)
